Screened Topsoil
Structural Fill

Fill is natural subsoil that has no organic matter to support plant growth. It is primarily for deep fills of 16 inches or more. Structural fill creates a strong and stable base and is often used when the native soil at a site may be too weak to support a structure. The soil is replaced by compacted structural fill to provide the needed structural support. It typically contains small rocks, sand and clay. If plant growth of any type is needed topsoil will need to be applied on top.
Screened topsoil is a clean, finely processed soil that has been filtered to remove rocks, roots, and debris, resulting in a smooth, consistent material ideal for landscaping and finishing work. It spreads easily, grades well, and provides an excellent base for seeding, sod installation, and garden beds.
With its balanced texture and improved workability, screened topsoil promotes healthy root growth and strong plant establishment. Whether you’re leveling a yard or preparing a planting area, it offers a reliable, high-quality solution for achieving a clean, professional finish.

Bank Run Sand
Bank run sand is a natural, unprocessed aggregate straight from the source, containing a balanced mix of sand, gravel, and fines. This blend makes it an excellent, cost-effective material for general fill, grading, and base applications. It compacts well, provides solid stability, and is commonly used for backfilling, leveling, and site preparation.
Because it is not screened or washed, bank run sand retains its natural composition, making it a practical choice for large-scale projects where performance and affordability matter most.
